Nonprofits

At the Community Foundation of Collier County, we care about critical needs in our community and how we can meet them. The Community Foundation of Collier County’s strategic plan ties its grantmaking to needs and gaps identified in the Community Needs Assessment. See the Community Leadership & Initiatives page for each of the six vital needs.
